- Hall of Fame Luncheon: Sponsors will be seated at the table with the NMA Hall of Fame Inductee.
- Speech Contest Finals: Sponsors will sit at reserved tables during the HOF Luncheon, and be identified as the Speech Contest sponsor.
- Member of the Year Banquet: One of the sponsors will have the opportunity to sit with the recipient (or the recipient’s representative) at the MOY Banquet.
- Recognition Luncheon: Sponsors will have an opportunity to be represented at the head table at this function.
- Executive of the Year Banquet: Sponsors will have a reserved table at the front of the room close to the Executive of the Year.
Want to place an ad in our conference booklet?
We are preparing a conference booklet for distribution to all 2017 conference attendees. This booklet will provide vital conference information…award recipients, presenters, educational presentations, as well as general information for NMA.
We plan to include company and/or chapter ads in the conference booklet. If your organization or chapter is interested in sharing their information, goods, and/or services throughout the organization, please submit exact wording and organization/chapter logo for inclusion. The cost for advertising will be:
½ Page Ad – $150.00
Full Page Ad – $300.00
We encourage everyone to place an ad to get the word out about what is happening in your organization. You may be having a membership drive, a special anniversary, or have another special event you would like to share with all our conference attendees. If you have someone running for national office, please consider purchasing an ad to show your support for that person.

Your ad must be completed and submitted to NMA no later than August 15, 2017.

Please use 300 dpi resolution and send the completed ad to us as a Word document, Publisher document, PowerPoint document, or PDF file. All ads will be placed inside a bounding box and must be designed to size. Any ads sent in that do not fit into the appropriate box will be cropped or scaled to fit the ad size selected. The sizes available are listed below:
