The SRSLA Board of Directors is focused on meeting three areas of need: Supporting a Sustainable Workforce, Creating “Win-Win” Networking Opportunities, and Engaging Members in Community Initiatives. Within these three focus areas, SRSLA offers leadership development on topics of interest to its membership, exposure to proven planning and implementation tools, networking opportunities with senior managers from SRS companies and the community, mentoring, and community outreach opportunities. SRSLA’s commitment is to help meet the broad leadership development needs of SRS, while respecting individual company programs/initiatives and information.

SRSLA is a non-profit 501-(c)(6) organization and requests your company’s financial support and active participation to be successful. Sponsoring SRSLA is a low-cost way to expand leadership development opportunities for your employees while increasing the visibility of your company and management team. Several sponsorship options are available, ranging from a $100 affiliate sponsor to a $5,000 signature platinum sponsor, with each sponsorship level offering benefits that will be helpful during these times of workforce competition.
