She has been in management positions as a Program Manager, Quality Manager, EH&S Manager, and Lean Manager.\nOver her career, she has identified communication as one of the largest breakdowns in successful outcomes. When she was introduced to BANK, she saw the potential of how knowing the four different personalities and how to communicate with the different personalities could impact her relationships professionally and personally.
