Duane has served Lockheed Martin for 30 years in various leadership positions including Director, Sustainment Analytics and E&T Deputy VP and Operations Director responsible for oversight of the ELDP, ATLP, RTT and Tech Fellow programs. From 2001-2015 he led the Advanced Development Program (ADP) F-35 Improvements & Derivatives (I&D) Product Development Team responsible for Vehicle Systems, Mission Systems and Weapons Served as the Program Manager for advanced propulsion technology development programs. He has also served as the Program Manager for advanced propulsion technology development programs.

He began his career at Pratt & Whitney in West Palm Beach, FL testing the F119 engine for the F-22 program.

Duane holds a BS in Aeronautical Engineering from Texas A & M University and a Masters Degree from the University of Tennessee. In his free time he enjoys trap & skeet shooting, fishing, and woodworking. He also serves on the Executive Board for the Fort Worth Regional Science and Engineering Fair.
