Tiffany Campbell has been in management positions for almost 20 years in the commercial and government contracting sectors. She graduated from the University of Alabama in 2004 with a Mechanical Engineering degree and 2009 with an Executive MBA. She has been in management positions as a Program Manager, Quality Manager, EH&S Manager, and Lean Manager.

Over her career, she has identified communication as one of the largest breakdowns in successful outcomes. When she was introduced to BANK, she saw the potential of how knowing the four different personalities and how to communicate with the different personalities could impact her relationships professionally and personally. Today she is going to share with us the four personality codes, how to crack your code, work tips and communicating with those codes, and how to communicate on a personal level.
