NMA is excited to partner with NYMRAK Consulting to offer mentoringXponentially™ (mX™), a facilitated group mentoring program that enables a single mentor to reach many mentees at once! The purpose of mX™ is to provide a safe place for career and leadership development guidance, networking and exposure to key business topics. At the end of the mX™ sessions, participants are paired with a long-term mentor who will continue their guidance and development.
The mX™ program is open to all individuals regardless of career level, skill, or past performance. It’s about investing in your career!
Participants must voluntarily sign-up and be committed to the process.
The mX™ curriculum was developed with career and leadership development at the forefront. To ensure that participants get the most out of the sessions, a few of the topics selected by the group. The mX™ program spans a six-month time period.
mX™ deliverables include:
- Career development plan
- An executive level one-page biography
- Resume review
- LinkedIn profile review
- One-on-one mentoring session with Executive Facilitator or other executives
