Focus Your Locus: how high performing leaders manage pressure, people, and profit to build thriving organizations.
How much control do we really have in our day-to-day lives? From the time we wake and go to work, until the moment we fall asleep, how much influence do we have over what we do and what we experience? As leaders and managers, we have goals to achieve- personally and professionally- and many times find ourselves stuck in our own version of Groundhog Day. Whether it’s a reoccurring conflict at work, or the same fight with our partner, or the familiar struggle to eat better and get in shape, we see the same patterns playing out again and again, even though we KNOW we want to change them.
Here’s the good news- we can! This isn’t some willpower-building, positive thinking, you can do it rah-rah webinar. It’s an evidence-based, science (and neuroscience)-informed deep dive into the way the brain learns, unlearns and adapts. This webinar is for you if you are a driven, self-aware professional seeking to gain more control over your day so you achieve the high performance goals you set for yourself- in business and in life!
