After a promising culinary career was cut short by a back injury at 22, she transitioned to real estate in Indianapolis but grappled with social anxiety and depression. In 2019, Rachel discovered the power of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, mindfulness meditation, and introspection, and how they deeply impacted communication. In 2020, she founded Spec Method, her communication coaching company, and in 2021, she embraced a nomadic lifestyle, building her coaching business from a camper van surrounded by nature.
