Steve currently holds positions as the Executive Director at the Institute of Certified Professional Managers (ICPM), an Associate Professor in the Haab Business School at Concordia University Ann Arbor Michigan, and the owner of both Superior Ventures Consulting, and Silver Lining Alpaca Ranch. Steve has also held owner and leadership positions in a computer consultant firm and a digital photographic studio.
Steve is also a United States Marine Corps veteran, with a corporate acumen of 18+ years of experience serving in sales, service and corporate leadership positions including marketing and production management in both local and national organizations within the construction industry.
Having traveled and lived extensively with the United States and abroad while serving in the military and in various career positions, Steve continued to utilize these experiences and life-skills within the various leadership positions that he has had and continues to hold.
Steve holds a doctoral degree from the School of Business & Technology at Capella University focused on management decision-making and customer satisfaction, an MBA in marketing from Davenport University and a CM certification through ICPM.
