NMA LiveOnline with Katie Ciccarino – The Leadership Dichotomy
The Leadership Dichotomy
The Leadership Dichotomy is the dichotomy that exists between characteristics of successful leaders. We are asked to drive results but lead with empathy. We are asked to be accountable but empower our team. In today’s environment successful leaders can do, actually must employ both sides of these dichotomies! You have to know which trait to lean on at a given time and when you need to use both at the same time. Join us to hear Katie Ciccarino, Director of F-22 Modernization from Lockheed Martin talk about The Leadership Dichotomy.
NOTE: There will only be a noon EDT session for this webinar. It will be recorded and uploaded into Member Clicks no later than Monday, August 1.
